Suggestion
Hi Behaviour Team,
I've been playing Dead by Daylight for quite some time now and truly enjoy the game. I’d like to share a suggestion that could help improve the experience — especially for newer players.
The current loadout interface has remained largely unchanged for a long time and can feel overwhelming. Everything is displayed on a single screen without much structure. It would be a big improvement if items, addons, perks, and offerings were grouped more clearly — for example, by type and rarity — so players can more easily understand what belongs together.
Offerings in particular can be confusing. Many of them send you to specific maps, but players only see the name of the map, without any visual context. A dedicated interface for map offerings, possibly with a small preview image of each map, would make the selection process much more intuitive.
Secondly, I’d like to talk about post-match insights.
I assume that most actions and data during a match are already tracked behind the scenes. Has the team ever considered giving players more detailed feedback at the end of a game?
Currently, we only see perks, offerings, and bloodpoints. But imagine a breakdown that shows deeper stats — for survivors: chase time, generator progress, healing done, safe unhooks, protection hits, and so on.
For killers, you could show chase time, basic attacks, generator breaks, hook efficiency, etc. There’s a lot of creative potential here.
This kind of insight would help players — especially newer ones — understand the mechanics and metas of the game better. Right now, many new players are overwhelmed by all the information and tend to focus only on the tension and horror aspects.
By offering strategic feedback, you lower the barrier for new players to engage with the deeper layers of gameplay, and encourage more thoughtful, meta-driven playstyles.
Thirdly, I’d like to suggest an improvement to the Bloodweb system.
When players choose to instantly spend 50 levels on a character for example, it would be great to have the option to set preferences for which items, addons, or offerings they’d like to prioritize.
Right now, the system is completely random, which can lead to a lot of unwanted or unused items. If players could indicate their preferred playstyle or item types — for example, more flashlight-related gear or stealth perks — the Bloodweb could generate more relevant rewards.
This would make the leveling process feel more rewarding and personalized, and could encourage players to invest more in different characters.
I believe these kinds of improvements could significantly enhance accessibility and strategic decision-making for all players.
Thanks for listening!

They have a stat tracker. Not sure how it works but I know it's a thing but not sure what stats are tracked.
