Server Allocation issues?

So Im having server allocation issues, I can't play DBD as a killer because I can't find games and if I do find games after 30 mins of queue time, it's a lobby with 300 ping in east china or Japan. I can't play survivor now because its 200 ping lobbies and when its not 200 ping, it's hackers and tunnellers. I read in a old forum that turning off cross-play improves the ping and it did it made my ping like 120? But the problem still remains and I have an even worse problem now, Im getting targeted and tunneled out of the game because from what I can tell is I am not Chinese. This happened 4 times in a row now. All the survivors group up on me, lead the killer to me and kill me. It's not that im toxic or anything, nope. Im returning to the game after many months due to the ping issues I mentioned before. European servers are way better, I get better ping but for some reason Dead By Daylight doesn't wanna put me in those servers and would rather make me wait a few extra minutes and send me to a server with worse ping.
