can we all collectively agree we dont want/care for the badges and banners, when we used to get exclusive survivor and killer cosmetics instead?

every single twitch drop since the addition of badges and banners has been… you guessed it! badges and banners….

i know i cant speak for everyone and yeah some people probably do like them but personally they just feel like a cheap filler when you want to skimp out and not put the effort in to make actual cosmetics - just get someone to draw quirky hehe stickers and call it a day kind of vibe.

am i alone in thinking this? yes some are cute but DBD is supposed to be a horror game and none of the badges and banners even give horror vibes. they all give cutie uwu vibes and honestly in my opinion dont even match dbd thematically.

i feel like they've been forced on us and its like you just put them everywhere in place of things people actually wanted/looked forward to. could just be me. idk. if i could sell all my badges and banners and keep 1 of each i would basically. they're just not it… they could be though, if they werent so cartoony and cutsie but thats just my opinion. (even then i'd still prefer a surv or killer cosmetic)

id much prefer an exclusive taurie cosmetics twitch drop or something that i feel isnt a waste of time (6 hours for mid twitch drops just aint it)

    The thing about badges n banners is they feel more optional because yea we mostly don't care too much about them. But if u put a cosmetic thatl likely never come to the store in there, then you feel forced to get it even if its not a favorite character as you might try it out someday. In the end it makes it feel more (fomo) to have something more enticing as a reward, than a banner/badge thats just a hit or miss. Kinda like how people don't feel forced to get the "it has my face" game as theres no cosmetics attatched, just banners you either like or don't care about.

    We definitely want skins out of twitch drops back!

    I've been using the same badge and banner for months now - almost never changed them.

    They are there but meh, who cares.

    I rarely change my badges and banners. Most of the options don't appeal to me at all, and it's not like you can actually see them when you're in a match anyways so I don't care about them that much. I'd rather have cosmetic pieces than badges.
