Event items and offering are the wrong rarity

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Arcane Dowsing rod is currently Very Rare, and both the All Hallows' Eve Lunchbox and the Will o' Wisp are Rare. All other items/add-ons/offerings from this event and every other event are Common. Because of this, these nodes are more expensive and, especially in the case of the Dowsing rod, rarer than other event nodes.

And this is reason 163743 why removing the Event Rarity was a very dumb idea.
