Another Halloween and no 6'5 hockey mask icon to be found...in this game anyway (call of duty and Fortnite?! C'mon...)
This dude really needs to show up along with a Tommy Jarvis survivor. My suggestion would be that he starts with his bog standard machete but gets a random weapon from a locker each time he opens it; sometimes he's a dash killer (good ol kitchen knife), sometimes he's a ranged one (spear) - dude has more kill variety on film than almost anyone and I think his power should reflect that. God help anyone who he gets hold of with his bare hands (head squeeze mori anyone?)
Plus how about a 2 killer comp mode against bots? Could work...as long as blight and wesker take a day off 😁

To be fair to Bhvr, Call of Duty and Fortnite are just skins. With DBD they have to come up with powers and perks, this will take time. Who knows, maybe they have the license and they are working on him. We can hope.
From what I understand it's still a bit messy. I think the above mentioned two games went through the Jason Universe license. So you'd have to assume it's not impossible. Mathieu Cote has said in interviews that if given the opportunity they would have Jason in the game, they would be foolish not to. If they get that chance I have no doubt they will.

As others have said, there is a mess when it comes to that franchise. One owner has the name/lake/counselors etc and another has the character Jason apparently.
But I like you idea of him picking up different weapons (maybe from breaking chests instead of lockers) and having his power tied to them. If they are pulled from lockers maybe it would change his skin as well. The movies show him in a variety of outfits and it would be cool to show some of them. I'd even like his purple jumper from the old NES game.
