SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: All of the survivors in my game had a hole in their head as if they been through my mori (Xenomorph)
PLATFORM: Steam/PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
I honestly have no idea, at some point I just noticed leon had a hole in his head and then when I wanted to show it to the other survivors, they all had it too
