Stuck in end game screen causing full reset of game

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
- after the trail, there is a chance that the EGC will break, forcing you to hard close the game
PLATFORM:
- PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- play a match and get too EGC
