Alucard's hair moves on it's own in the lobby

When selecting the Alucard legendary skin and equipping an item, his hair doesn't reset it's lobby animation while the rest of his model does. Causing the hair to move out of sync with the rest of the character's animation.
Steam
Select the Alucard skin in the Survivor menu and equip an item.
