Server randomly timing players out in a match

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Survivors and killers are being timed out while initiating actions. Connection lost to client error. Survivors have been timed out while being picked up, vaulting, finishing generators. Killers are being timed out when a hatch closes, a generator completes, or they hook a survivor.
PLATFORM: presumably all (tested on steam and xbox)
