Is this new? I haven't received this email in previous years.
It's a nice gesture but two thigs that could make it feel a bit more special. Match the BP reward to the number of years you have been playing and have a redeemable badge that says something like X years in the fog.
I just know there will be one person who will write "No one is grateful and always wanting more". To head that off, this isn't a demand just a suggestion to make it feel a bit more personal.
