Flicker bottom screen at Trial Start PS4

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Every start of a trial on PS4 the bottom screen flickers with the loading bar still visible.
When the screen goes to 16/9 again it disappears.

Just for info: it is still flickering after recent patch.
But i get that this is only a small visual bug.
