Matchmaking lock due to crashes

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Recently, whenever my game crashes, I get a matchmaking lock of 15-30 minutes. The error message that consistently shows up says the following: "No network connection, In order to access this content, a network connection is required, Player ID: Press here to display your CloudID"
PLATFORM: Nintendo Switch
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Whether I am in the lobby, or in the middle of a match, the client would crash and it would display the following error message:
"No network connection, In order to access this content, a network connection is required, Player ID: Press here to display your CloudID"
