SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The 9.2.3 patch notes in the in-game inbox (located under NEWS, titled "BUG FIX 3") link to the 9.2.2 patch notes forum page.
PLATFORM: Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Enter main menu > open Inbox > Navigate to NEWS section > open message titled "BUG FIX 3" > click box labeled "View Patch Notes"
