Can you uninstall dlc?

I’m currently on ps5 and have been playing for years and have pretty much all the dlc, I was hoping to uninstall some of them that contained characters I didn’t care about or never use since there’s no conversion/refund system in game for shards or anything. Ps5 however isn’t letting me uninstall any of the dlc as I’m assuming behavior manages that or something and I didn’t know if it was at all related to my ps5 account being linked to my switch account through the cross progression. I was hoping someone here might have and idea of what’s going on or if there’s a solution as it’s not a big deal I can’t remove any dlc but it would be nice if I’m able to even if I have to unlink my accounts and relink them later or something
