A few questions about Cross-progression (from PC to Switch version)

For context, my main account that I've been playing on has been Steam/PC, and I recently bought the Switch version on sale (specifically it's on Switch 2, for what it matters).

Loading into the Switch version, it says I have 2150 Auric Cells, while on my PC version I have 3100-something. I know that the Switch version is a bit unique in crossplay for how purchasing Auric Cells and DLC (In that, stuff bought ON the Switch won't be transfered to other platforms, but stuff bought from other platforms can be used on the Switch).

Is this extra set of Auric Cells just like a 'bonus' for having bought the game another copy of the game? My understanding is that only stuff bought from the Nintendo Store directly is the stuff that's restricted, so would I be able to use the Switch cells to buy cosmetic or new character, and it would appear on the PC version? What about the Rift Pass, would I still get the Premium cosmetics on my PC version?

And for non-Auric Cell questions, what are some settings I should turn on/adjust for playing on console? Stuff like what'd be a good FoV to be comfortable with, or whatever level FSR Sharpness should be set to.
