i cant delete more than 2 letters in chat and perks presets issue

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:As i said i cant delete more than 2 letters in chat and when im trying to rename my preset its changing my game to windowed mode instead, mute focus also doesnt work when alt tabbed, its like that since twd chapter
