Haunted By Daylight Event Shop Not Working

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The shop for the Haunted by Daylight event simply isn’t working, the event currency is shown to be prices for the items but when I click on it it turns into auric cells AND it says zero, but even so, when I press Y it does not redeem anyway. I cannot redeem any of the event cosmetics that are priced with event currency because of this :(
PLATFORM: Xbox (series x)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Go to event shop → Click on item priced in event currency → press redeem (Y) → no redemption of item
