Inconvenient pallet gym spawn on lake mine [video]

I just played in the Haunted by Daylight event queue (in case this is specific to the event, but I'd be surprised if it were) on the Ormond Lake Mine, and there was a very inconveniently placed box at a pallet gym that spawned roughly in the middle of the map (see video attached). Would be nice if this issue was adressed. Thanks!
