Can't level bloodweb
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I can't really make it any more precise than the title, I was leveling Nemesis (p. 18 | l. 20) when I noticed I kept getting the same bloodweb - because I kept getting stuck on level 20. I leveled it in a very specific way, but when I clicked the middle button to just auto-level, it did finally progress me to level 21. Shame I didn't video it.

How am I supposed to know it's account-related? I thought it was a game bug, and reported it. It really just was P18L20 on Nemesis, or some sort of configuration.
