Will chucky be in the 9.4.0 patch notes and will he get anymore updates

Will chucky get his manual scamper back and his slice and dice speed back to at least 9 m/s or 9.5 m/s and his scamper speed 1.6 seconds will him scampering under a pallet and he exit his power and also his window scamper it doesn't exit you out of your power and if you do I would also keep the dash scamper still 1 second.
