She just got buffed. There's not really a reason to buff her again at the moment.

what value does the hats have other than “slowdown” survivors can get it off in the first search. They can get on gens with them on. You only get 4 basekit. They’re outdated and bad.

Pig's doing pretty good now, she's been buffed pretty consistently over the past few years.
What parts of Pig do you feel still need attention?

She has a few builds like the face the darkness one that can make getting rid of hats really annoying, and with thrill and infectious its even more frustrating.
like I agree it sucks when a survivor does get it off first search, but that doesn't happen all the time, its like a 1 in a few chance right?0 -
Slowdown is a pretty big thing and its pretty rare for survivors to get the trap off first try. Plus pigs lunge is good and has stealth.

If first survivor removed trap in first try, it's actually amazing for you, because 3 other survivors guaranteed will remove it from 3rd, 4th and 4th attempt, what is solid amount of time for you. It's overall 12 attempts on 4 RBTs.
Pig isn't greatest killer at all, but I think she is in the best spot as far as her design allowed her to be without being stupid in some aspect. If anything needs to be stronger about her, it's definitely not traps.

simple buffs/suggestions for pig.
make her traps activate on unhook.
give her voicelines. (her movie star Shawnee Smith has shown that she wants to voice her ingame)

You do realise that with how the hat logic works that one Survivor getting a Trap off in 1 search *guarantees* that the other Survivors will need to search 4, 4 and 3 times respectively, right? You get 12 searches per match, every match, by default.
Pig's power hasn't been pure RNG for YEARS. The slowdown was standardised, with an average of 3 Searches per trap. (12 / 4 = 3)
