Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Problem with the no unhook selfkill

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: do to not being allowed to unhook oneself, nobody here got killed by the system and we had to outwait the full timer.
PLATFORM: xbox but my buddy in the game was on pc
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: 2 were on hook, 1 was inside ph cage
