If a survivor has spring traps axe in them dissolution won’t destroy the pallet

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: this has happened several times now and with the pallet “rework” I’m losing it. Even after the 3 second delay if a survivor vaults a pallet while having springtraps axe embedded in them the pallet will not be destroyed
PLATFORM: PS5
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
I throw my axe at the survivor
The perk activates
the Pallet didn’t break

This is not a bug. The Axe applies Oblivious, and Dissolution requires a Survivor to be in the Terror Radius to activate.
Oblivious Survivors are considered to be outside the Terror Radius.
