Really bright flashing lights near the exit gate

REALLY bright lights near exits on midwich

Ive noticed this occurs near the exit gate areas on midwich, though at times, I can see it in the courtyard and also the science room above one of the exit gates (the one with the pallet and the hole) It's been in the game for a little while now.
I dont know if its a switch specific issue or what.
I've also noticed that when im near these lights, the frame rate takes a major nosedive, to the point where the switch screenshot capture feature dosent even work for a moment. These lights are incredibly bright as well, and its led to me losing chases and missing attacks on multiple occasions
