Nurse teleporting and getting sent back

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Sometimes, when The Nurse teleports, initially the player will be shown teleporting to a certain spot ahead of her, followed by being shot back to the original position - as if the player didn't blink at all. With the right timing, it seems that The Nurse can even injure the player, before being rubberbanded back.
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Play Nurse, go through a wall or object to teleport somewhere on the other side. Occasionally, the player is placed where the blink would have landed, and then teleported back to the original position. This is especially prevalent on indoor maps like RPD.
