The demogorgon bloodweb isnt working

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: it won't let me advance demogorgon in the blood web, when I click spend blood points it freezes my game and when I try to manually level him up it just makes the sound effect but nothing else. And this is only with demogorgon

PLATFORM: ps4
