Quickly Scrolling Through Character Select List After Opening It Yanks the Scrollbar to its OG Spot
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
After opening the "Play as Killer" or "Play as Survivor" menus FROM the outermost layer of the main menu, if one quickly opens the character roster and begins scrolling, within a very quick moment the scroll bar will be yanked back to wherever its original position was when the menu was opened.
This results in the character select roster changing positions to somewhere that the player wasn't intending to do. It's incredibly jarring, it very frequently results in me selecting the wrong character and having to re-orient myself and find where I was trying to go, and just generally makes everyday use of the character select menu very frustrating.
This bug is consistently recreatable every time.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Start on the outermost layer of the main menu
- Open any of the "Play as Killer" or "Play as Survivor" menus
- Quickly, open the character select roster for whichever team you chose
- Quickly, start scrolling through the list
- Within a second or sooner, after you've been scrolling through the list, the list will be yanked back to where it was when you originally opened the roster.
- This will happen every time you back out to the outermost layer of the main menu and open a "Play As Killer/Survivor" again. You must CLOSE the Killer/Survivor menu to repeat this within the same session.

Notice how the scrollbar will jerk to a new position after I quickly open the roster and begin scrolling, but ONLY if I came from the outermost layer of the main menu, resulting in all of the characters on the screen changing.
It happens very quickly, if you don't know what you're looking for it's hard to spot but once you see it, you can't stop seeing it.
A couple examples occur at 3 seconds and at 23 seconds in this video, but it happens several times throughout. It may help to slow the video speed down to 0.25x speed
