Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
This isn't a bug so much as a complaint against instant DC penalites

I get that there has to be penalties for players who are problematic DCers. And I admit, I have intentionally disconnected in frustration at the game. But sometimes, DCs are not intentional and beyond player control.
For awhile it seemed there was some forgiveness, where you would not be penalized for your first or even second DC.. but now…
I just booted up this game after a couple weeks of not playing. And after my third or fourth game my internet cut out. Actually not just the internet, my external monitors cut out and I was left hanging, blind, only able to hear the game. When my monitors finally sorted themselves out, the game decided I'd also lost internet connection and booted me from the match.
Instant 5 min penalty.
Can we please have back a grace period. I rarely suffer internet outages, but I imagine there are people out there with bad or rural connections that are not reliable that would a appreciate some understanding that not every DC is intentional and requires instant punishment.. Especially if BHVR tracks the number of DCs (which they clearly do since the penalty increases with each infraction).
