Demogorgon shred input buffer QOL pl0x?

I tried Demogorgon again recently, and I hit an old issue that has always plagued me when playing him...

When I am holding charge on my shred, if I'm too early on the attack input, it will cancel the shred and go for an m1 instead. This is very easy to do when you're desperate to fire it in time to hit before the pallet comes down, but failing to do so not only means you miss the hit, but now you also slap the pallet like a complete dope and don't shred the pallet, losing so much distance that it feels incredibly rotten (pallet update yay!)

Pig and Clown recently got input buffers for their abilities… is this something that Demo could get as well to alleviate this annoyance?

Disclaimer: I am not a Demo main, can imagine that maybe Demo mains see this as a skill factor to the character, and I'd happily hear the argument... however the cost of mistiming it is so heavy for a character who is already struggling to keep up with the changing landscape of the game, I can't see it as being anything but annoying personally and just further discourage people from playing him.

You've already got to time the charge and aim correctly not to get snagged on the irregularities of many loops, with circular terrain especially making your life pretty darned hard... having this on top just rubs salt in the wound and makes him very irritating to play.
