Cannot View Offering Descriptions on Offering Screen

On console (or Xbox Series X, at least), moving the cursor over the offerings does not display a description of them. /// This is problematic for new players or solo queue players needing to see teammates' hidden offerings.
Xbox Series X
Replicated by moving the cursor over any offering, on the offering screen that appears before the match begins to load.
