Huntress's hitbox issues - no hit identification

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Some hatchet hits on Huntress don't count as damage
PLATFORM:
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: This thing was existing all this time, some hatchet hits weren't counting..but now, 3/5 hatchet hits, make a hit noise, blood etc but they do no dmg on target...hubtress is unplayable right now
