Unable to pick up survivors in certain spot

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Sprintrap (and maybe other killers) can't fit in a certain spot to pick up downed survivors
PLATFORM: PC - steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: On that snow map, the one with the cabin in the middle, if a survivor goes down in that certain spot (as seen in the pic), Springtrap cannot fit to pick them up. As long as the survivor stays in the middle, they cant not be picked up from either side. This jeopardizes the gameplay. It likely affects other killers too
