Prestige charms not popping up when looking at the category

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Under the whole 'Charms' tab, when using the filter for charms sometimes the filter excludes more than it should. The best example of this are prestige charms, removing everything. In the video you can see me swap from survivor to killer and under both I have the prestige perk charms, and using the filter it hides them.

Select Survivor / Killer → Customizations → Charm → Filter → Prestige
