I didn't like these changes either, but this feels like a lot of time has been wasted.

Like yeah these changes weren't that good, but like come'on. 30 seconds of everything was too much. 30 seconds of elusive + 10 seconds endurance and haste could have been worth trying on live tho. Same for bloodlust and BP for fresh hooks. Not great but at least something you could have tried on live. Honestly, feels wasteful that you pushed back a chapter to January for practially nothing. No real change, just a slight Survivor buff.
