Audio issue for survivors on gas heaven?

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: very muffled audio on Gas Heaven while playing as a survivor.
PLATFORM: PS5, could be others but I can’t check.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: loaded in and realised I could barely hear anything. There was a Vee player using One-two-three-four! as soon as the match started which may have had something to do with it.
