Dredge deep rift mycelium nightmare skin messed up

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Dredges Mycelium nightmare skins head section looks wonky with the side mushroom no longer attached to the head and more importantly the head is the default colour on all 3 deep rift exclusive versions
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Opening game and clicking on dredge with any of the mentioned skins equipped
