Can we stop outright lying on patchnotes when it comes to bugfixes?

Several fixes like Xenomorphs double tap were not fixed, you do this all the time and outright lie every patch with "Bugfixes".

You need better Quality Assurance, during a QUALITY OF LIFE initiative. It's crazy how negligent this whole thing has been, can we polish this game please, everyones making fun of you as per usual, coming up to 10 years of this game too??
