9.3.0 - Chucky Figurine charm has wrong tag

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
With patch 9.3.0 we got two new Chucky items, a Chucky Figurine and a Tiffany Badge. What a nice surprise!
I noticed that the Chucky Figurine is tagged as 'Rift Pass', which is probably an oversight as it was not in one. Instead, I think it should be tagged as 'licensed' like the badge. See screenshots below.
