SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Was playing against Springtrap and he threw his axe at me and after I removed it, the Axe icon still shows that the axe is still embedded.

PLATFORM: PC (Steam)

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Was in chase with Springtrap, he threw his axe at me, I removed it and the embedded icon was still showing
