No Killer Instinct for Houndmaster

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When you play Houndmaster, you'll get Killer Instinct on survivors that are within of the Dog when you control them for a redirection or when they stun the dog. However, since this patch, you no longer get Killer Instinct in these situations.
PLATFORM: Steam (PC)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Load into a match and play Houndmaster. I cannot tell what triggers that bug but I hope my player logs will help to find it out.
