Change the name of "Anti-exhaustion syringe" to "Galvanizing syringe"

Anti-hemorrhagic syringe was a good name, but anti-exhaustion seems kind of trite. "Galvanizing syringe" makes a lot more sense in terms of getting rid of exhaustion while also feeling characteristic in my opinion.
