Killer can't get pass, Survivors can

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Survivor passed though a gap, but the killer couldn't

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

I hit the survivor and they ran towards the exit gate
they went though a gap between 2 things
i tried to follow them and i could not get pass it

It was the map rotation from yesterday the one with the generator in the small room where they is only 1 way in unless you do the generator (garage door opens) or break either of the 2 walls (as a killer)

i dont know what wmp11 file is from steam if the above link doesnt work please explain how people normally send videos as i aint too sure on how to convert files.
