The anti-slugging system should become active only when two survivors remain.

The implementation of the anti-slugging system was postponed because having it active from the very start of the match would disadvantage the killer. But how about activating it only after the number of survivors has been reduced to two?

    As much as I like slugging the third guy so I can prevent the fourth from getting hatch, I would find this to be acceptable.
