Low tier killers and Solo Q survivors need buffs

Nerf SWF and high tier killers. We also need to look at addons and perks.
This is why this game needed a huge balance team department at HQ especially now that the game is growing and getting more killers and survivors. The updates are waaaayyyyy too slow for a game like this.
