Tier 3 perk not unlocked at tier 3 on vee

in Bug Reporting

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Perks unlocked on other characters should appear at the correct tier for all characters.
Wake Up (Quentins perk) is showing as Tier 1 on Vee instead of Tier 3.
My Quentin is Prestige 12, so Tier 3 Wake Up should definitely be unlocked on her.

    You need to contact customer support as this is account related issue. This is what mods here tell in situations like these as they can't fix it but customer support can correct it for your account as you clearly should have it unlocked on her.
