Problem unlinking old DBD account from Steam / no access to BHVR account email

Hi,


I have an issue with my Dead by Daylight account and need advice from anyone who faced something similar.


  • My Steam account is linked to an old BHVR account, and I don’t remember the login details for that old account.
  • I currently log in to my new BHVR account via Facebook. This account has a traditional email associated, but I don’t have access to it.
  • I wanted to submit a ticket to BHVR support, but the form requires the email of the current account to send a verification link.
  • I cannot receive the verification email, so I cannot complete the submission, and without it, support won’t accept the request.



I’m stuck in a catch‑22: I can’t unlink the old Steam account, and I can’t contact support because I can’t access the email.


Does anyone know how to bypass this issue or effectively contact BHVR support in this situation?
