"Why is the bone chill event offering personnel instead of affecting all survivors like party streamers wouldn't it be more beneficial and make more players possibly want to participate in the bone chill event?"

    Maybe for the same reason that we're meant to be competing for gens (pops over progress). Teamwork is always a double edged sword for some reason in DBD.

    Thank you unicorn but that isn't the response i'm looking for. I'm actually more less wanting a response from community manager or someone higher to explain statistics, of why is it a personnel bone chill offering instead of a, bone chill offering that gives more bp to everyone like coco scream pie or party streamers; after all its supposed to be the jolliest event of the year right?
