Disconnected from Host error

Hi all!
I've been having this problem from quite a while now and I did all I could to solve this and nothing seems to work.
Since a week or so, everytime I play 2-3 matches, only when I'm in a party with my friends, after a while it disconnects me with the error ''Disconnected from Host'', I verified the files and all and restarted the router but nothing seems to work. I already got a 30 minutes penalty for DC but I did nothing.
So I would like some tips or some help from you if you encountered this problem, I sent some emails but didn't got any answer.
The screenshot is from today, I just got into the match didn't even have the time to take 2 steps and disconnected me instantly.
