    Funny how Noed=bad killer but DS=fair second chance.... btw imo both are fine I just cleansed your totem I just chased you close to a hook.

    As someone who has played both sides, don't remove either.

    1. Limit DS to one person per match, or change how it works. Options are - Successful DS slows the killer's movement speed by X% for X seconds while carrying the victim. This allows the skill to be used each time. No free escape, still have to wiggle, but now teamwork comes into play. Killer is slowed, body blocking is crucial.
    2. NOED - No change needed. This is why I hit every dull totem as a survivor. 600 BP and mitigates chances of NOED. NOED is not so much a crutch as it is a part of a build for some killers. Take Freddy for instance, Freddy has a strong end game with his normal perks, throw in NOED and he is brutal in end game. Your fault if you did not hit the totems.
    3. Add a bonus in if killer had NOED and survivors prevented it from working due to getting rid of all the dulls. 500 bp for the whole remaining team. Why not? Not like survivors get a ton of bp right now. Though Prove Thyself is a nice jump! Thanks devs!
