Another MMR Problem: Inconsistent experience.

Sometimes I get people who know too much, they are impossible to even hit once with my power etc and other times I get people who dont know how to play against my Killer so they die too fast. It feels like MMR is unable to do its job well anymore, it was not like this like a year ago.

Has anyone else noticed there are more matches below or above skill level and not so many just right games anymore?

    I'm wondering if its the lobby dodging too, it really needs a punishment for frequent avoiders.
